Join us for an exclusive, in-depth training session designed to help you master the art of lash lifts, brow mapping, and lamination. This immersive, hands-on workshop is ideal for licensed cosmetologists and estheticians who want to refine their skills and deliver outstanding results for their clients.
Our training, led by experienced instructors Katy Dalton and Nicole Conrad, will guide you through every step of these in demand services.
Katy Dalton is a licensed massage therapist and esthetician with over 20 years of experience in spa and wellness. Katy owns Fusion Day Spa in West Asheville and teaches esthetics at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, where she’s recognized for her nurturing, high-integrity approach to education.
Nicole Conrad is a licensed cosmetologist with 29 years in the beauty industry. She earned her credentials at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis. Nicole teaches across Western North Carolina, specializing in cosmetology, makeup artistry, and special effects, with a creative and empowering teaching style that inspires students to think boldly and express themselves authentically.
Together, Katy and Nicole bring a shared commitment to inclusive education, community care, and professional excellence. You’ll gain practical, hands on skills in supportive, positive small-group setting, ensuring you leave with the confidence to offer these treatments to your clients.
The class includes five hours of theory, demonstrations, and hands on learning. We will begin with theory, lash and brow structure, brow shapes, learning about the tools and supplies we will use during the class, consultations, how the lift and lamination chemicals work, contraindications, what’s in your kit, lash and brow tinting, and aftercare instructions.
We will demonstrate lash lift, brow lamination, lash & brow tinting, followed by brow mapping with thread and waxing. After the demonstrations, you will complete the steps on a model at 1pm (we can help you find a model if you don’t have one). You will also receive a printed workbook to support your ongoing learning, as well as a certificate of completion and five Continuing Education Hours to keep your professional credentials current.
To set you up for immediate success, your tuition includes a premium Elleplex Pro Fusion Lash & Brow starter kit valued at $215, complete with everything you need to perform 15+ lash and brow lifts at a minimum price point of $80- $100+ per service.

This top-tier kit ensures you’re equipped with the same high-quality products you’ll use in practice, so you can confidently serve your clients right from day one.
In addition to technical training, this class covers essential business skills, including client consultation, effective communication, and pricing strategies to help you market your new services successfully. We’ll guide you through every aspect of the client experience – from sanitation and safety to detailed aftercare instructions – ensuring you can deliver flawless, long-lasting results every time. We will supply all the paperwork, waivers and consent forms for you to copy and use when you offer this service at your business.
Space is extremely limited, just 12 spots available to ensure personalized attention for each participant. To reserve your place, full payment is required, and given the high demand for this class, all registrations are non-refundable. We will accept payment through square or venmo.
