PLACING AN ORDER

Please review your order confirmation carefully to ensure all product details, quantities, and shipping information are correct. WNC Cos Instructor products are made to order, which means they are unique and non-refundable. Once an order has been fulfilled, we’re unable to make edits or changes.

When your order arrives, please inspect it promptly for accuracy and quality. If something isn’t right, contact wnccosinstructor@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery for assistance.

Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless specified at checkout.

I need to change something on my order. What do I do?

Once an order is submitted, we can’t modify sizes, swap items, or add new products.
If you need to remove an item or update your shipping address, please email wnccosinstructor@gmail.com immediately.

Orders are processed quickly through our fulfillment network, so changes may not be possible after processing begins.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us right away—once fulfillment begins, cancellations or edits are no longer available.

During peak and holiday seasons, changes after checkout may not be possible.

SHIPPING

Processing & Fulfillment

All items are made to order and shipped through our trusted fulfillment partners. Production and fulfillment typically take 2–7 business days, though timing can vary by product type and season.

Shipping Timeframes

  • U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after fulfillment.

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery is 10–30 business days, depending on destination and carrier availability.

Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, and import feesin their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please check with your local postal carrier first.
If you still need help, contact wnccosinstructor@gmail.com and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If your item doesn’t meet expectations, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition and packaging. Products damaged through misuse, normal wear and tear, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Holiday Returns: Orders placed between November 1 and December 20 qualify for an extended 60-day return window to allow for gift giving.

How do I return or exchange an item?

To begin a return, email wnccosinstructor@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Promotional discounts or sale prices cannot be applied to exchanges.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • If you are returning a gift, please include alternate contact and shipping details in your email.

The item I purchased is defective or arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email wnccosinstructor@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund once verified.

When can I return a product?

You can return unused, unwashed, and unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return postage.

How are refunds processed?

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 7–10 business days, though timing may vary by payment provider.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.

Can I exchange my purchase?

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or design within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
All exchanges depend on current stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued via digital gift card.
